Pancake Day

Pancake Day is usually a very busy day in our cooking classroom with the tabletop stoves being used by all the classes to produce pancakes by the dozen. Amazing smells waft up the stairs and, after the children's tummies are full, we usually receive a visitor or two to ask if we’d like to sample their recipes. This year there’s no debating which toppings everyone wants but we’re keeping everything crossed that the cooking classroom, along with our Junior School building, will spring to life again next week.
