Most of us, including our children, experience a range of emotions from day to day and it's important that we learn early on how to deal with them or how to cope in a healthy way, whether it's facing fears, cheering ourselves up or calming ourselves down. All our pupils, from Pre-school to Form 8, have PSHE lessons which help them to develop the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to manage their lives now, and in the future. As part of their recent PSHE lesson with Mrs Stott, Form 5 have been working on their coping strategies.
