Form 5 were delighted to have three-time GB Olympian swimmer Hannah Miley join them on their live Google Meets this week. Hannah talked to them about how to stay motivated, set goals and be kind to yourself. She was extremely positive and motivating for the children and definitely lived up to her nickname of Smiley Miley!
